Celebrating Dr. Seuss
Each of us made a 'Cat in the Hat' hat and we are showing some of the books we read. Lots of rhyming! |
Yummy learning center about following directions. |
At the graphing center, the children guessed which Dr. Seuss book they would get most often. Next, they took turns pulling out Dr. Seuss books from a Cat in the Hat bag, and graphed the results. |
I wonder which book will be chosen most often? |
Fun and delicious Cat in the Hats! |
Yummy! |
This game of strategy gave the children a change to roll a die and then either fill in stripes to finish their hat, or block someone else from completing their hat. Big decisions. Lots of fun. |
