| We made 'Cat in the Hats' using a small donut, white icing, M&M's for the eyes and nose, chocolate sprinkles for the whiskers, cherry and mint Life savers for the hat! Fun to make and even more fun to eat! |

| At the graphing center, the children guessed which Dr. Seuss book they would get most often. Next, they took turns pulling out Dr. Seuss books from a Cat in the Hat bag, and graphed the results. |

| This game of strategy gave the children a change to roll a die and then either fill in stripes to finish their hat, or block someone else from completing their hat. Big decisions. Lots of fun. |
